We've got a decent setup at home, so we don't usually go to gyms, but we wanted to check this place out and try some of the machines we don't have. Honestly, we had a really good experience. The equipment was clean and in great shape, and it was nice being able to switch things up from our usual workouts. What stood out the most though was the atmosphere. Everyone was focused on their own workout, but the place still felt welcoming. No one made us feel out of place, even though it was our first visit. The staff was super friendly too. They greeted us when we came in, answered a couple questions we had, and were really encouraging without being pushy. You can tell they actually care about creating a positive environment. We'll probably keep doing most of our workouts at home, but this is definitely a gym we'd come back to whenever we want access to more equipment or just need a change of pace. Really glad we stopped in.

I signed up for my membership when I moved to Gainesville in 2016 with Karen, and it has been a great experience ever since. The gym is always clean, with an amazing pool, cold plunge, and sauna area. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and always has a smile on their face. Ten years later, Karen continues to be a great example of the level of service and care this place provides. She is always helpful, professional, and makes sure members feel taken care of. It’s clear she truly cares about creating a great experience for everyone. What an amazing staple in Gainesville!

This gym is spacious! It has diverse facilities, and the staff are friendly. The spa area is so clean, and it offers many options of recovery areas including a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, cold plunge, warm pool, and a jacuzzi. The massage chairs room is also a great place to head to after the workout

This was my home away from home when I lived in Gainesville a few years ago. Between the Sauna/Steam room/Cold Plunge/Aqua Fit Classes/Jacuzzi/Warm Pool with PT & 2 floors of exercise equipment & an outdoor pavilion I was @ GHF almost every day!!! They have Free Daycare, i'd usually bring my friend with her children & they even have Hydromassage in the Chill Center & a smoothie Bar.

I was very impressed by the facilities and price point associated. Machines are well maintained, facilities are clean, patron culture seems to be non confrontational. Staff members are well dressed and ready to work. Kind and approachable. Donte Jones (sales person) was very knowledgeable, kind, responsive and committed. I wish more of the sales industry at large understood what so easily comes to him as second nature. Very happy with my decision to join GHF.
